4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
- You can track your parcel through the courier service.
5. Delivery Issues

- Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

6. Incorrect Address
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate address.
- ZA Clothing is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
- We will resolve the issue according to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across Pakistan.
- Customers must ensure availability to receive the parcel; repeated order refusals may lead to account restrictions.
