3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • You can track your parcel through the courier service.

5. Delivery Issues

  • ZA Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Weather conditions
    • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate address.
  • ZA Clothing is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
  • We will resolve the issue according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan.
  • Customers must ensure availability to receive the parcel; repeated order refusals may lead to account restrictions.
